Hemostatics Pharmaceuticals S.L. (“Hemostatics”) is an emerging biotechnology company specialising in the development of a novel antifibrinolytic agent.

As part of these activities, Hemostatics launched the website  https://www.Hemostatics.com as an information hub for the public. Hemostatics may provide general information about health and ongoing clinical studies but Hemostatics is not a general practitioners group and does not provide any medical consultations or prescriptions.

Service is the https://www.Hemostatics.com website operated by Hemostatics.

As part of this activity, Hemostatics may receive specific data that allows the identification of natural persons. This data is called “personal data”. In order to ensure we are as transparent as possible, we suggest that you read our privacy policy, which tells you how we collect and process your personal data.

We implement technical protection measures in accordance with applicable regulations. Hemostatics’s infrastructure is protected by firewalls and identity management, ensuring all network security. All computers are protected by up-to-date antivirus; high-level password policy and encryption. Our main servers are located in Spain and we use appropriate security levels to protect your privacy.

WHO ACCESSES THE DATA WE COLLECT?

Us. Persons directly employed to ensure the processing and purposes provided for in this policy.

Technical service providers/ data processor.

Data Processor (or Service Provider) means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Data Controller. We may use the services of various Service Providers in order to process your data more effectively.

All our third-party providers are bound to access your personal data in accordance with applicable law and with this privacy policy.
