He currently serves as Managing Partner at HealthTech180, where he provides strategic advisory services, innovation support, and funding solutions for companies operating at the intersection of healthcare and technology. Prior to this, Nicolas was a Partner at SkyPath Capital Partners, a boutique advisory and investment firm specializing in growth and funding strategies for innovation-centric businesses.

Nicolas has developed a vast global network of investors, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and venture capital firms. He has played a key role in multiple global M&A transactions, offering both strategic guidance and investment expertise.

His earlier career includes roles in M&A advisory and principal investing at Macquarie Bank, as well as serving as an M&A Investment Banking Associate at Citi (formerly Salomon Smith Barney), further solidifying his foundation in corporate finance and investment banking.
