Tjalling Boevé is a highly experienced business development executive with over three decades of leadership in the life sciences and animal health sectors. Since beginning his career in 1995, he has played a pivotal role in driving corporate growth and strategic transformation, including active participation in two successful leveraged buyouts—highlighting his expertise in complex transactions and long-term value creation.

From 1999 to 2025, Tjalling held senior positions in global business development, licensing, and strategic partnerships at Merck/MSD and Ceva Santé Animale. During this time, he was instrumental in negotiating key licensing agreements and leading innovation-focused initiatives across the pharmaceutical, animal health, and biotechnology industries.

With his broad international experience and a strong track record of fostering strategic alliances, Tjalling brings critical insight and seasoned guidance to Hemostatics’ leadership team as Senior Strategic Advisor.
